Description:
*Helps plan, organize, and execute external corporate events and activities based on management direction or company advocacies
*Responsible for establishing sponsor network and supply chains and work with new or existing vendors for catering, lights and sounds, logistics, merchandise, and talents among others
*Coordinate with other Communications functions such as Content and Design to establish the campaign plan (messaging, art direction, and pre- and post-publicity) of an event or activity
*Ensures employee participation via event or activity promotions
*Coordinate with vendors and other Aegis departments/internal customers such as Administration and Facilities, Human Resources, Legal, and Business Verticals to ensure the smooth flow of an event or activity
*Executes the implementation of actual event or activity from ingress to egress
*Facilitate post-mortem and close the books (liquidations, cash advances, et al) after finishing an event or activity
*Represents Aegis and/or provide event documentation services in external events or activities

Aegis Perks Generation
 
•Generate leads and close deals for Aegis’s employee lifestyle program, Aegis Perks
•Establish a network of Aegis Perks Partners in the fields of food and beverage, fashion, beauty and wellness, gadgets, real estate, entertainment and leisure, and online deals for discounts and freebies for Aegis Employees
•Set appointments with existing and potential Aegis Perks Partners to discuss deals and promos

Corporate Social Responsibility Management
•Helps establish a network of non-government organizations, local government units, and government agencies or departments for partnerships in Happy World events or activities
•Coordinate with other Communications functions such as Content and Design to establish the campaign plan (messaging, art direction, and pre- and post-publicity) of an event or activity
•Ensure employee participation via event or activity promotions
•Coordinate with  vendors and other Aegis departments/internal customers such as Administration and Facilities, Human Resources, Legal, and Business Verticals in the development and execution of initiatives to ensure the smooth flow of an event or activity
•Ensure follow-through with event partners for proper accreditation and documentation of Happy World event or activity
•Facilitate post-mortem and close the books (liquidations, cash advances, et al) after finishing an event or activity
•Represent Aegis and/or provide event documentation services in external events or activities
•Ensure employee participation via event or activity promotions
•Recruit and retain Happy World Ambassadors (volunteers) through Happy World events or activities and periodic Ambassador assemblies
•Submit monthly event and activity reports for management and stakeholder consumption
